Before becoming an executive manager in engineering and manufacturing, Ajoy Kapila attended Purdue University in Hammond, Indiana where he earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Ajoy Kapila also attended Colorado Technical University (CTU) in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he earned a Master of Science in IT Management.
